Low season rate: 2.700 MXN per day
High season rate: 3.750 MXN per day (Easter, July/August and
Christmas (23 dec - 03 jan))
Minimum stay: 1 night
Check-in 15:00 - 19:00 / Check-out: 12:00 (noon)
Daily cleaning. Butler service, kitchen Chef: at additional charge.
Final cleaning fee per booking: 600 MXN
Damage deposit per booking: 3.000 MXN
Lost or missing towels, other items: 1.000 MXN
Electricity is included based on moderate use (12 kWh per bedroom per day); Gas is included as well.
Las Palmas is on the first floor and has an amazing view of the pool, sea and palm trees.
